We are currently seeking a motivated Interview Moderator with experience to join our innovative team on consult basis.
We are looking for the ideal candidate, who has a keen strategic outlook, as well as a passion for creative problem solving, client service and project management.
The Moderator will be moderating Qualitative Research Interviews within the healthcare industry. This person should have experience in the healthcare field and conducting interviews.
- The Moderator should have natural curiosity, flexibility, and an ability to remain impartial and unbiased to create comfort and trust with panel experts
- Communication: Excellent verbal, visual and text communication to present findings and recommendations to clients in a compelling manner
- Analysis: convert qualitative data into actionable answers to the research questions by using complex, holistic, and strategic reasoning
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 2+ years of market research and/or consulting experience
- Market research/moderating experience
- Client facing project management experience
- Ability to plan and coordinate research efforts in an organized and detailed manner
- Ability to adapt to changes and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with clients/topics across the healthcare industry
