OptiBrand is looking for a motivated Market Research Associate Recruiter to join our team. This role primarily involves managing the recruitment of respondents for market research purposes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to and recruiting individuals to participate in paid interviews, with a focus on developing effective outreach and engagement strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize various platforms effectively to recruit and engage potential interview candidates.
- Develop and refine recruitment strategies to optimize the process.
- Maintain reports and lists for Senior Management.
- Schedule interviews with interviewers and moderators.
- Occasionally take notes during interviews.
Requirements:
- Experience in recruiting, marketing, sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to achieve desired results.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently, managing multiple tasks, and reporting challenges.
